President's IQP Awards

The department wishes to congratulate CS major Sonja Bjork '03 and HU/CS major Keith Bonneau '04 for being members of the two project teams that shared first place in the WPI 2002 President's IQP Awards.

The winning projects were:

• Sonja Bjork, Jacklyn Maiorano, Benjamin Charbonneau and Andrew West for "Feasibility of Micro-Hydroelectric Power to Improve Education in Kre Khi, Thailand," advised by Peter Hansen and Peter Christopher.
• Jennifer Persico, Caroline Frelat, Sergio Cherenzia and Keith Bonneau for "The Dunes of Venice: A Prototype for the Environmental Atlas of the Lagoon," advised by Fabio Carrera and David DiBiasio.
