NEPLS: New England Programming Languages
and Systems Symposium Series
October 15th, 2002
On Tuesday October 15th, WPI CS will be hosting the fall meeting of the New England Programming Languages and Systems (NEPLS) symposium. Computer Science Profs. Dan Dougherty, Mike Gennert and Kathi Fisler are helping with coordinating and hosting the event.
This event will bring roughly 50 languages and software-systems researchers from greater New England to campus for a day of talks. The talks will run from about 10am-4pm in Salisbury Labs 104 and are open to all. The talk schedule will be available on the NEPLS web page.
The keynote speaker will be Paul Graham (http://www.paulgraham.com/), who has written extensively on design, LISP, and software engineering. He's a very good speaker and he hates small audiences! His talk is expected to be at 10am.
