The sophomore-year Digital Logic Laboratory course uses hands-on protoboarding and simulation assignments to learn about design, implementation, and testing. The current version of the course is using the facilities of the Web to deliver much of the material necessary for successful completion of the course. Multiple frames are used to establish a consistent and easily navigable environment for access to instructional materials and interactivity, and the courseware contains examples of most of the currently available technology.

This presentation will describe the rationale for the work, the environment, the progress to date, the usage, and the current results.
