VIL is a proposal for a computer-based iconic communication language, through which people that do not speak each other's language can communicate. Users do not have to type in any words, since VIL solely relies on icons. Furthermore, users do not have to draw pictures, but simply recognize them from the screen, which leads to increased usability.
In this talk I will present the proposal for VIL.
