Under what circumstances, if at all, does technology improve instruction? What can technology do for the teaching/learning process that other (cheaper) delivery systems cannot do? Judy will present an educational perspective on the use of technology in instruction. The goal is for participants to leave with a theoretical framework that will assist them in making practical decisions about the design of technology-based learning activities in their courses.
