Marton E. Balazs

Short Bio


Marton Balazs is a Ph.D. graduate student and Instructor of Computer Science at Worcester Polytechnic Institute, and an Assistant Professor of Mathematics and Computer Science (on leave) at Babes-Bolyai University, Cluj, Romania. He has B.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees in Mathematics and ia a Ph.D. candidate (ABD) of Computer Science. He is a member of the AAAI, the Romanian Society of Mathematics and the John von Neumann Society of Computing Machinery, Hungary.

Dr. Balazs' current research interests include Simplification of Designs, Analogical Reasoning, Artificial Intelligence and Creativity, and Theory of Evolutionary Computation.
